We purchased a pellet stove last year and have been very happy with the customer service. … More The showroom has a nice selection of products and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the best options for a new stove. They arranged a stone hearth installation which looks great and looks as if it's been part of our fireplace since the house was built. Installation of the stove and piping went smoothly and they were very responsive when we had questions on how to operate, even being so nice as to drop by to show us again how to operate and show us tips on how to properly clean and maintain. They are easy to work with and communicate well. We had an issue with a sensor and they were helpful in getting it back in working order as soon as possible. We're very satisfied with the services provided by S & T Coombe and would recommend them.

Scheduled Jeremy to come out to Big Bass and give me an estimate, he was very knowledgeable … More and didn’t try to upswell me in any way. We ended up buying the basic model. When the unit came in about a week from ordering it, Jeremy called and set up the install appointment. The install guys came on time, were very nice l, worked very clean and showed me everything I needed to know. They answered all the questions I had concerning our pellet stove. I couldn’t be happier!!

I was thinking about purchasing a pellet stove for awhile. When I decided to make the move, I visited S&T Coombe, Inc on Rt 940, very close to my home. … More I got all my questions and concerns answered. I made my decision on the unit I wanted, and an appointment was scheduled to size my fireplace. When I went back to the store to put my order in, I didn't like the hearth extensions they had in stock. Minor, the sales representative, ordered samples of another type of extension on the market. Although it took three weeks topp come in, it was worth the wait because I liked it much better. When the delivery date finally arrived, the installers came in, looked at my fireplace and said that the one I ordered would not fit. They would contact the store, and left. Unbelievable! Of course I immediately contacted the store, give them my piece of mind, and said I was cancelling my order. I was asked to wait, and the manager would contact me. He called within 20 minutes, said he was in Stroudsburg, if I could wait 2 hours, he would be there. Long story short, he inserted the stove, fully apologetic for the irresponsible so-called installers. It is not good for his business to have installers like them, because I was ready to cancel. He brought in 3 bags of pellets and gave $100. off my purchase for the stress and inconvenience it caused. Although it was upsetting, the manager, I think his name was Mike, made the situation right. I am very happy with my P35i pellet stove, and for "Mike" handling the problem immediately, and because of this, I would recommend purchasing your product here.Pat from Lake Harmony

The contractor that built our house used S&T to install our fireplace when we built our house. They came out last year to get it all set up and we … More enjoyed it all year. This year, when we went to turn it on it wasn’t working (turns out it was a simple fix and nothing was actually wrong). We scheduled a service, but ended up needing to do it a different day. I was bummed out that it was going to be after Christmas. Mike came out on Christmas Eve to make sure it would be going on time for the holiday. While he was there he taught me how to clean it and get it going after not being on all summer. I highly recommend!
